Rewards Training is delighted to begin working on a project with West Sussex County Council to provide government-funded training to local West Sussex communities; developing skills for work, life and families.
This community-centric project will focus on developing individuals’ knowledge and skills in areas such as numeracy, literacy, technology, and employment skills. The vision of this project is to maximise adult participation in high quality, accessible and impactful learning, which supports individuals to reach their potential.
Our flexible style of training allows learners to develop skills and confidence in a friendly and supportive environment. Our nurturing trainers support individuals in achieving their goals and realising their ambitions. Courses do not require formal examination; providing a pressure-free way to develop skills and knowledge. However, if you wish to formalise your study, please do speak with your trainer about options.
