    Job description


    You will be responsible for the day to day customer journey, help maintain and develop the unique Anytime Fitness Culture and in particular drive membership sales and retaining members This will greatly involve sales outreach to create lead generating opportunities within the local corporate market.


    The role will include, but is not limited to the following:


    • Showing prospects around the club and following up prospects/leads.
    • General maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities.
    • Answer member complaints and queries

    You must be able to display the following skills:


    • Energetic, friendly and hungry individual with a keen interest in the fitness industry.
    • The ability to strive for membership targets and achieve them.
    • A proactive individual able to come up with innovative ideas to sell memberships and draw people to the club
    • A good communicator who has the personality to make prospective members feel at ease
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
    • Advanced proficiency in use of computers (MS Excel & Outlook)
    • To form a friendly bond with members and ensure a warm & friendly environment within the club.

    Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner


    Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics (Level 2) - if required


    Functional Skills Qualification in English (Level 2) - if required


    Duration of apprenticeship: 13 months

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: £6.40 per hour

    Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week

  • Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship - Liverpool

    Job description


    We have opportunities for Care Assistant roles. The main responsibility of the job is to deliver a high standard of care to our residents. We are looking to recruit someone who is keen to develop a career in Health and Social Care. This apprenticeship would be the starting point and if they are keen, we would like further development.


    As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.


    What you’ll do at work: 


    • To ensure each resident receives assistance with all elements of their personal care to include washing, dressing and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living as required. 
    • To participate with the team for continual monitoring of each resident’s health needs. To include appropriate liaison with senior and relevant staff. 
    • Support and work closely with families and friends offering them professional and emotional support, sensitive to individual need. 
    • To assist as directed, in the preparation, implementation, review and update of all resident’s care plans in line with their personal wishes and preferences in accordance with Nazareth Care Charitable Trust policies. 
    • To perform any other duties as may reasonably be required. 

    Apprenticeship details: 


    Annual wage £18,675 a year

    Minimum wage rates


    Adult care worker (level 2)

    Hours 12 hour shifts over 7 days varied, shifts TBC.

    33 hours a week
