  • Business Administration Apprentice - Kent

    Job description


    This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain customer service experience this civil enforcement agency responsible for enforcing court orders for non-payment of debt. You will deal with both the instructing clients and the debtors.


    The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

    • Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors referring appropriate cases to the Vulnerability Team.
    • Assist debtors to make card payments via our online payment facility
    • Actively pursue debtors for payment via pro-active phone calls where contact numbers are available.
    • Maintain the Enforcer database by accurately recording all interactions and the outcomes.
    • Deal with telephone queries, email, live webchat and correspondence from debtors, EA’s and clients.
    • Allocate work to EA’s
    • Take follow up action on EA reports e.g. DVLA enquiries, company house searches etc.
    • Trace absconded debtors using online tracing applications, social media etc.
    • Use of credit bureau data to identify cases suitable for insolvency and charging order proceedings.

    Job description

    This is an in-person role and part of the Administration/Finance Team, to provide receptionist duties and administrative support.


    The duties are varied and the role ever evolving, as a result, flexibility and using your own initiative is critical. The role offers plenty of career progression and opportunities to the right person who shows passion and drive within the business.


    The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

    • General Reception duties Answering Incoming calls, door entry system and switchboard operation. Maintaining the meeting room booking system. Making refreshments for visitors.
    • Post, including in/outbound correspondence and deliveries.
    • Monitoring of various email inboxes.
    • Stationery, office supplies and Uniform ordering and auditing.
    • Maintaining tidy stationary cupboard.
    • Scanning of documents to an in-house system.
    • Cleaning and replenishing coffee machine.
    • Data entry (into excel spreadsheets)
    • Contracts Administrative Support to the Administration Department - this would include filing, Creating orders via our Sales Order Processing Systems.
    • Ensuring information on our ticketing system is up to date.
    • Liaising with all Stakeholders internal and external.
    • Assisting in the monitoring and maintenance relevant internal processes.
    • General ad-hoc administration & support.

    Producing & sending out price increase letters.

  • Business Administration Apprenticeship - Haywards Heath

    Job description


    Business Administrative Apprentice: Level 3 required for a busy family run plumbing & heating company in Ansty near Haywards Heath.


    The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.15pm. You must be organised, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment – a good sense of humour would support the role.


    We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, loyal, reliable and takes pride in their work.


    The job involves answering telephone and email enquiries & managing the engineers diaries. You will organise parts and revisits, along with invoicing the jobs, taking payments and general office duties.


    Apprenticeship information – with be with Rewards training and will take approx. 18 months to complete. You will be required to carry out various tasks to complete a portfolio which will go towards your end assessment grade. You will have a project to complete at the end which will also go towards your final grade. More information will be provided.


    Experience in a customer focusing role would be beneficial but isn’t necessary as full training will be provided. You must have your own transport due to our location, and immediate start is required.
