Managers play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, such as: planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets.
An operations/departmental manager is someone who manages teams and projects to achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager/director or business owner. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same.
This apprenticeship has been designed to managers who are at the start of their career and who wish to take their first steps into professional management, as well as those who may already have developed practical experience but who wish to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills.
End Point Assessment (after at least 12 months and successful completion of the above)
This Apprenticeship is typically completed in 24 months.
Delivered online with remote support from Rewards Training throughout the apprenticeship.
Apprentices may choose to undertake ILM Qualifications to support their professional career development and progression.
