The course is designed for anyone taking on a training role for the first time or looking to refresh their skills. This course will show you how to harness the full potential of a training group by facilitating discussion and participation. You will learn how to adapt training to suit different learning processes and practice ways to keep attention by delivering stimulating sessions.
The course will be interactive, with plenty of opportunities for delegates to put theory into practice with activities and exercises to reinforce the learning.
