BBC's Senior Economics Correspondent, Darshini David recently interviewed some of our amazing apprentices about youth employment options around Crawley.
Our apprentices discussed how the pandemic impacted their employment opportunities and how they are now undertaking fantastic apprenticeships to adapt, reskill and change roles.

Our Director, Andrew Ayres also gave a detailed interview, talking about how Rewards Training supports young people in our community to gain skills, knowledge and employment.

Our employer e-brochure provides details of all the Apprenticeships/Traineeships and training programmes we have available. There is government funding and incentives of up to £3K available until September 2021 for employers who recruit an apprentice.
